What Is Prayer

Prayer is having a personal conversation, making a solemn request or laying your petition before the Lord. It is an expression of your gratitude to the Lord which can lead you into worshipping the Lord in Praise. It is a way we communicate with God and hear from him. Prayer is just speaking to him about every concern, every problem, sharing your gratefulness with him and waiting to hear his answer.

Having a personal relationship with God is created by going before him daily, seeking his face, asking for direction, and listening for him to give you instructions. God created us to worship him and give him praise. All he wants is for us to commune with him. God met Adam in the cool of the day to commune with him. He met Adam daily to communicate with him and have fellowship with him.
