God's Provision

Have you noticed that our timeframe of definition of Provision is not the same as God's timeframe of Provision?

Provision definition:

"The action of providing or supplying something for use for a need the individual is unable to achieve on their own." (Dictionary.com)

It appears that when we come to the end of the road and we are helpless, no escape, no way for anyone to rescue us we must wait on God.

We want God to come to our rescue as soon as we realize that we are trapped. But God sits back and wait until we run out of ideas, strategies, plans and we finally throw up our hands.

Once we surrender to the will of God for our life then we receive the answer. Most of the time the provision is a humbling road. The reason for the humbling road is because God has a strategy to getting us to the destination he has placed on our lives. This path of humility removes pride, arrogance, attitudes, self embarrassment from us and helps us realized it is for our good and the reason for what we are experiencing.

Sometime we are placed in a position that appears to be death but the end produces spiritual growth and life in us. His provision provides us with benefits through unbelievable vehicles just to prove to us that he can still make provision for us when all of the laws work against us and fail us.

God is awesome in how he orchestrates his divine will and his sovereign power and love for us. God's timeframe for supplying our needs will never meet with our definition of timeframe of a deadline. Never underestimate God when it comes to provision. You may not like the process but the end results are joy unspeakable and full of glory.

Nothing can compare to God's method and his riches he empowers and rains on our lives.
