The Positive Side Fighting Breast Cancer - Know Your Body

One thing I want to say to all women, if you have a history of any kind of cancer in your family, you need to take precautions. Make sure you do your own self examines, and make sure you do your annual check ups. You must be watchful to the least little changes in your body and get it checked out. Especially breast cancer, make sure you do your own examines, because chances are you will be the one who finds the lump.

Don't depend upon the doctors or tests to find it. They will not always find it. I think the reason we find them is because if we wait until the next annual appointment it would be too late for them to do anything about it. This is why they keep telling us to make sure we do our examines. It is imperative that you know your body so you can catch it in its early stages. The earlier you find it the better your chances are to survive it. If I had of waited until my next examine it would have been too late.

One thing I knew once I found it is I have to look to God to bring me out of this one. Some things happen to us comes to show us who we are in God and to draw us closer to him.
