Hearing God

God's Word helps us hear him. In order to obey God we must listen to his Word and then we must figure out how to make it part of our lives where we are actually seeing it become alive to us. We say we want to hear from God but the truth of the matter what are we doing to put ourselves into the position to hear from him.

We must put ourselves into the position so the Word can bring us into alignment with God. Submitting and obeying his Word give us the power to become the image of God. It allows us to physically withstand temptation, to stand up in adversity when we want to run the other direction.

Learning to obey God requires us to take on God Word to the place that it is actually a part of us. It is not for us to just read his Word. It is for his Word to transform our lives and make us into the image of him.

If you want things to change in your life, you must line up to the Word of God and trust him to do the changing in your life. His Word will transform your life into the vessel of honor for him.
